Kids are Stepping Up & Making a Difference

We are so thankful to Samantha from Delaware who suggested a terrific link through her teacher's assistant, Ashley.  We are excited to include this article, "Fire Safety and House Escape Plan" provided by houseplansandmore.com with our resources as we build our site to encourage families to work together in their emergency planning.  Kids can and should play an important active role in Household Saftey Plans, Home Inspections and Emergency Planning which includes practice drills that are fun family moments with life saving value. Samantha was awarded "Student of the Month" for her efforts in her class and we also want to give her a shout out from Yankee Hill/Concow, California for understanding the importance of learning about fire safety and sharing that information with others so they may learn about fire safety as well.
